  1. SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
  2. •    Enter a name of 40 characters 
  3.   or less for the resume you 
  4.   want to create.
  5. • Select a resume type by 
  6.   clicking one of the radio 
  7.   buttons and select a format by 
  8.   clicking a name in the list.
  9. • Click the “copy” checkbox if 
  10.   you want to copy information 
  11.   from an existing resume; then 
  12.   select the resume name from 
  13.   the popup menu.
